The following terms and conditions govern your participation in the ShowMe Ambassadors Referral Program (hereafter Program) run by Learnbat, Inc, DBA as ShowMe (hereafter ShowMe).

The Participants referred to below are you (a Qualified User), and the person you have referred (a Referred User). To be eligible for Rewards, you, as participants must agree to the terms and conditions described below.

Definitions

Qualified User: an owner of a ShowMe account (basic or premium) at the time the referral is made.

Referred User: omeone who has been referred to ShowMe Premium Subscription by a Qualified User. You become a Referred User by clicking on a Qualified User’s unique referral link and upgrading your basic ShowMe account to a premium account. While upgrading your account you are receiving a 10% discount.

ShowMe Points: points collected on a personal account of a Qualified User. For each referral, a Qualified User receives 10 points. Points can be further exchanged for a particular ShowMe Reward depending on its value.

ShowMe Rewards: gifts offered to a Qualified User in exchange for ShowMe points collected.

Overview of the Program

1. You must be 18 years or older to be part of this Program.

2. By taking part in the Program you agree: (i) not to engage in any activity that may be considered fraudulent or invasive or that may be considered spamming; (ii) to participate in the Program for personal and not commercial purposes; (iii) not to violate any commercial, anti-bribery, anti-corruption or other applicaple laws and regulations.

3. As a Referred User, you will have a chance to get a ShowMe Premium subscription with a 10% discount for the first 12 months using the link provided by the Qualified User. Once you upgrade your ShowMe account through the link provided, the Qualified User will receive 10 ShowMe points.

4. As a Qualified User, you will earn ShowMe Points when the Referred User subscribes for ShowMe Premium via your personal referral link. For each referred subscriber you will earn 10 ShowMe points.

5. In case the referred subscriptions are canceled within applicable cancelation period, the earned ShowMe points will be removed from the Qualified User’s account.

6. As a Qualified User, you can redeem your collected ShowMe Points for a ShowMe Rewards: (i) you can redeem either 30% or 50% discount for your next year's ShowMe premium Subscription as the discounts cannot be combined; (ii) the reward will be issued after a referral review period to outlive any cancellation policies.

7. ShowMe is responsible for the shipment of the qualified redeemed gifts. We are not responsible for any VAT, tariff, duty, taxes, handling fees or customs clearance charges. We do not collect this beforehand, and cannot give you an estimate of the cost - charges vary around the world. It is the full responsibility of the Qualified User to verify the procedures in their country prior to redeeming the gifts.

8. ShowMe reserves that right to suspend you as a participant from the Program at any time and reserves the right to cancel, modify or suspend the Program at any time.

9. ShowMe reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without any notice. Any updates will be posted on this website and will be effective upon posting. By continuing participation in the Program after modifications, you constitute your consent to the updated terms of use.
